Hi we should be done hiking somewhere around noon. We will then go to lunch and then paddle board/kayak (for those who want to). We will go to Captain Johns to rent the kayaks/ paddle boards I believe the cost is about $39 for two hrs but will double check on the website

A kayak rental is $35 for two hours and it is a few dollars more for paddle boards. Also the rentals are on a first come first served basis.

ohh, good to know! thanks Lori. and what if I have a National Parks-Annual Pass do I still need that permit?

      August 8, 2013

    • Lori B.

Your pass is good at national parks only. It is not the same as an adventure pass.

This sounds like a nice hike. I have a question though. Is it 7 miles one way or 7 miles round trip. Thanks.

    August 7, 2013

    • Lori B.
