This is one of my favorite trails, hike while enjoying the cool breeze, view of the Pacific Ocean, California native plants and wildlife.
• Length: 5.5 Miles round trip.
• Condition: Flat dirt Road, moderate to semi-strenuous 872 Ft. Elevation.
• View: Pacific Ocean, Wild Animals: Rabbit, Lizard, Birds.
• Parking Fee: $15 including beach access at Crystal Cove. Is recommended that you carpool.
Direction: From Pacific Coast Hwy (Newport Beach), You'll see a sign that shows Crystal Cove State Park and turn left at El Morro Elementary School. After 0.2 Miles, turn right toward Moro campground, and pay $15 fee at Ranger's Shack, tell them you're looking to park near Morro Canyon Trail or Beach Access Tunnel.
Picnic: There are plenty of picnic areas, surrounding the parking lot. After the hike we can stay for BBQ. I will bring hot dogs, buns, chillis and condiments. You are welcome to bring chips. dips, sodas, etc. This area is connected to the tunnel underneath Pacific Coast Hwy.
After the lunch, we can play at the beach. There are some underwater park if you like diving.
