It's time to dust off the running shoes and do some trail running. I'm thinking a 3-mile run through Hulda Crooks Park. Considering I haven't ran in awhile, I plan to run-walk during the 3-mile route.
Bring a liter of water and be sure to be well hydrated before the start. This is a hilly route. So be ready for a good workout. Afterwards, we'll cool down with a couple of Insanity exercises on the grass.
Let's meet by the dog park at the far left parking lot.
