Send this to all your friends on facebook, should not take more than 20 minutes of your time.
Edit the intro sentence the way you like or leave it that way lol. I'm sure this will get some attention!
COPY and PASTE to all your friends everything below the line
Help the sick.
Please print the petition on one piece of paper. Make sure the print is facing the same direction on both sides.
If it is not on one piece of paper, or if the second page is upside down, the division of elections will not accept it, and therefore your signature will not be counted. In the event these methods do not work for you, we will mail you copies. There are several methods you can use to do this:
Insert one piece of paper into the printer. Select the print button. After one side is printed, turn the piece of paper to the opposite side and insert it back into your printer. Hit the blinking light that indicates you have run out of paper.
Insert paper into the printer. Select the print preview option. Check the box that says print only this page and select print. Turn the page to the opposite side and reinsert into the printer. View page 2 of the PDF. Select the print preview option again. Check the box that says print only this page and select print.
Fill out the information exactly as it appears on your voter's registration card.
If you are not registered to vote in Florida or need to update your information, do so now at the link on the left.
Sign and date the second page in blue ink so it is easily determined to be an original signature.
Leave the paid petitioner information blank as we are not paying or being paid to collect signatures.
Print out at least 20 copies for your friends and family to fill out. Do not highlight anything as it invalidates the form.
Mail the petition along with a donation to: PUFMM P.O. Box 560296 Orlando, FL 32856
The forms and documents on this pages are in PDF format and use Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download a free Adobe Acrobat Reader at Adobe's web site.
We will see you in Tallahassee, right?
