IF YOU ARE A NEW MEMBER WHO WISHES TO TRY THIS EVENT AS THIER FREE GAME AND THE EVENT ISN'T FULL, PLEASE E-MAIL SCOTT TO BE PLACED ON THE RSVP LIST.
YOU NEED TO BRING BOTH A DARK (Black, Blue, Orange, Purple, Red) SHIRT AND A WHITE (solid White) SHIRT; YOU WILL PROBABLY USE BOTH . . . . . . . GRAY is NOT White OR Dark.
We have 2 courts so we can accommodate up to 20 players; 5 on 5 with each team playing the other three teams once.
There are no set teams; the game organizer will divide those in attendance into separate teams with the goal of having the teams of roughly equal ability.
Each game lasts 15 minutes with minute or two break in-between so we will be getting in 60 minutes of playing time.
We have volleyball until 7:40 pm so if you want to get in 5 minutes of shooting to warm up please arrive at that time. We will start promptly at 7:45 pm; so please arrive no later than 7:45 pm.
If you are a new member and would like to try this game out as your free game, please e-mail Richard or Scott and they will put you on the RSVP IF the game is not already full.
We're looking for people who like to compete but do not go overboard about it. If you're the type of player who harps on other players inadequacies or has a negative attitude if the game doesn't go your way or you just generally think you're God's gift to Basketball, you may want to join a league and pass us by.
We want positive people who enjoy playing with other likeminded individuals.
If you haven't had much experienced playing Basketball or you haven't played in a very long time, you are more than welcome to join us. All we ask is that you play hard and give it 100%; we value effort more than ability.
