This group is for all interested in meditation and other related activities. Our group offers various activities that help bring wellness and balance into our lives. Our meditation practice is Mindfulness Meditation but we are open to learning about and sharing other meditation philosophies.
Our group is open to all faiths and belief systems. The purpose of this group is to share various life-tools to harness the inner peace and happiness that is within each and everyone of us. With a little commitment and persistence we can all experience peace, happiness and great changes in our lives.
Donations are accepted for events to pay for rent, water, tea and other expenses.
