I've worked in a few dining establishments, but mostly I just enjoy cooking for people out of my own kitchen. I love learning about food/cooking, especially when it's new twists on old classics.
I try to put an emphasis on "slow foods"- things that were produced for quality, not quantity. My favorite things are most often very fresh, colorful and flavorful. I also love trying local products.
I hope for some new knowledge and new friends!
