This event is not a Paddle Arizona event, but an event sponsored by Maricopa County, organized by Terry Gerber, the interpretive ranger at Lake Pleasant, and his Pleasant Paddler Program.He invites us to join him. We will be crossing the main bay and exploring the eastern coves. Follow the "Pleasant Paddlers” signs to the end of Desert Tortoise Road is where we put into the water. Bring your kayak, canoe, or SUP. You may also call Ranger Terry [masked] ext. 202) and he will provide you with a rental contact. You must bring and WEAR your life jacket on this paddle. Bring water and a snack. We leave the shore at 9AM, don’t be late!
