Paddle and get fit together - Newbie class

If you have wanted to try Paddle UP Fitness™, but not sure you could even stand up on the board, much less work out - this is YOUR class!
We start with paddle basics and progress from there. Class is $40 and lasts 1 hour.
We have 2 options for locations (within 1 mile of each other) depending on the weather. When RSVP'ing - please message your cell phone number in case of location change.
We take Cash/CC and please note, once you RSVP yes, I have purchased a board, if you don't show up or cancel last minute - I still have to purchase your board. Please, no checks.
Please let me know if you need any special considerations. We will proceed at the pace of the class with the workout.
Please bring water to drink and plenty of Sunscreen! I will provide everything else you need to make this a safe and enjoyable outing!
Anyone new to Paddle boarding should really take THIS class FIRST in order to feel comfortable with the advanced Paddle UP Fitness™ class on Sunday. If you are comfortable on the board - try the Sunday class @ 10am, but be prepared to truly get a great workout! I cannot wait to see you, Kat
