This is not a beginner paddle, you should have some experience with sup before embarking on this trip. . You will need to know the turning/steering and navigating basics to get thru the canals. these techniques will be reviewed prior to us starting. proper paddle stroke technique is essential, it's a long paddle if your using your arms instead of your core to propel your board. you must know how to swim . You must be 15 years or older.

Be Courteous !! Please amend your RSVP if you cannot make it ! or call ned or david[masked] 3489. RSVPing and not showing up, BUMS us out !! and is a lot of extra work, time and effort for us, this may also keep someone from going who really wanted to go !!
Thanks so much !!
