Location: Springs Office Park, Conference Room, garden level.
2860 South Circle Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80906(see Directions: scroll to bottom), it’s the furthest north of the tall, office-like buildings. The conference room is catty-corner to the women’s’ restroom on the lowest level.
We have this room every Monday from now on, so no more having to rotate to different libraries (besides the chairs are so much more comfy here). We'll meet from 6:30 to 9:30 PM, but it’s flexible, so you can come whenever it’s convenient for you. If you want, bring a snack to share, and your own beverage.
Please feel free to bring anything (incl. stories, poetry, meditations, chants, etc.) that you feel like sharing with us. As per request, we're going to try more structure at the beginning of the meeting this time; so please limit your initial sharing of experiences, techniques, or material to 15-20 minutes per person (with discussion from other members only after that particular individual is finished with their 15 minutes of sharing). We will participate in a guided group activity after the intro sharing. Then I will open up the format to open discussion similar to support group style for the remainder of the meeting (if you have an extended subject to discuss, or want to talk at length about one of the previous topics, this would be the appropriate time to do so).
Please get back to me with feedback on which version you prefer (open, structured, or anything else). This is a new group, still in it's growing pains phase; and I'm willing to try whatever you as a group decide to pursue. But this said, I intended this group to be a support group type of meeting where we can start doing more group activities as we get to know each other better and feel very comfortable with everyone. Taking things slowly will help anyone who's shy, nervous, or prone to performance anxiety to feel more comfortable and benefit from the group's positive energy; allowing the group exercises to be a more constructive, growth opportunity for everyone. That's why I'm asking everyone to keep their lengthy, extended discussions as positive and constructive as possible. If you have any concerns about anything said during group, please talk to me afterwards or call me another day, so we can address your issue on our own time.
I don't want to re-invent the wheel, there are plenty of qualified people already teaching classes on every metaphysical and spiritual subject; so I don't want to do that (this is a free, public-service oriented group, not a class or workshop). I saw a need for a support group type of psychic development circle, where like-minded people could get together and share their burgeoning psychic experiences and support each other during the exciting, but often confusing process of becoming aware of their awakening non-physical senses. As we learn to trust the other group members and our own higher-self connections, our non-physical experiences will naturally intensify, and the group exercises and group energy will amplify whatever you are experiencing individually. I would like to keep the later portion of every meeting free form and open discussion; so that the group stays dynamic and responsive to our members ever changing needs (but I do require feedback from all of you, so please feel free to express yourself to me, privately).

If you’re going east on S. Circle (just east of I-25), turn left (north) at the light by the Conoco Station. Continue north past the University of Phoenix tall building to the 2nd four story building north of the University (all these tall buildings are on the east side of the street), take a right (east) into the parking lot, but continue on, counterclockwise around the east side of the building to the lower parking lot on the north side (to the back of building, which is at garden level, because front door may be locked, so use the back door please). Enter through the west double doors and go straight into the conference room that’s catty-corner to the women’s’ restroom, on the lowest level.
If you’re going west on S. Circle (just before I-25), turn right and go north immediately after Super 8 Motel(Days Inn), and continue all the way back to the furthest north (it dead ends at the parking lot in back of the building where you want to park).
Attention: GPS will get you close but usually doesn't find it, so please read the directions carefully and call Shari at (719)[masked] if you get lost, so she can guide you.
