Three days of learning skills to facilitate ecstatic, transformative rituals, including hosting a public Beltane ritual to practice skills.
Imagine the most magical ritual you’ve ever been to, or wished for. You can lead rituals that are that potent, memorable, and effective. You can make possible transformative spiritual experiences where participants connect to the divine.
Through discussion and hands-on practice, this workshop explores what works and why. We’ll work with common pitfalls, structure, flow, and logistics, to ways of strengthening charisma, and building energy through chanting, movement, rhythm, and connection.
Experienced ritualists will learn ways to craft more transformative, participatory rituals; new ritualists will learn foundations. Workshop participants can practice their skills by taking ritual roles for the Beltane ritual.
We will explore skillbuilding in:
--Public speaking, charisma, and engaging the group
--Authenticity and speaking from the heart
--Structuring a ritual
--Facilitation techniques and managing logistics
--Chanting in ritual
....and much more. What have you always wanted to learn about facilitating rituals and ceremonies?
Registration will be on a sliding scale basis from $5 to $150. Please pay what you can afford; this helps us defray travel expenses, pay for space rental, and offer facilitators money for their time.
Sliding scale is a personal choice of what you can afford to contribute.
