Paintball Meetup at S.C. Village with Azodin Paintball!

Greetings folks and Happy Holidays! With it being Christmas Eve allow me to wish everyone a Merry Christmas! I hope you all get everything on your paintball wish list! If you are able to do so I would encourage you to try and support one of our local paintball shops for your purchases. If you would like to find one near you just hit me up as I know quite a few. We had a very fun event this past Saturday at Hollywood Sports Park and I want to thank everyone that was in attendance. We even made some new friends that were not part of our group while we were there and before I left I put invites to our group and links to our facebook site and videos on every car in the main parking lot. We have some videos up already from the event so please like us on facebook at to see them!

I am pleased to announce today our next official event, which, will be scheduled for January 5th at S.C. Village. Our friends from Azodin Paintball have asked us and some other groups to come out and play. Azodin will be featuring their new Blitz EVO markers that they just released (see this link And, they will bring and make available numerous extra guns and masks for anyone who either doesn't have one or just wants to try an Azodin. They will bring at least 10 extra masks/markers. So, if you have family or friends that don't have equiment this is a way they can try out some nice gear without paying for rentals and if you are interested in Azodin markers it is a great way to try them out in action! They will also bring some of their soft goods (headbands and headwraps) to the field for sale at discounted prices. I REALLY like supporting local business in our industry as best we can and Azodin is based right here in Pomona.

We were hoping to make it a private event but since the date is rapidly approaching with the holidays, the fact that we probably would not have time to collect payment from folks for the field up front (S.C. and most fields require that) and we aren't sure if we would meet the minimum required to make a private group, we think that for this one we'll just make it a general group and enjoy walk on play. However, as we get these events rolling we expect that we should be able to pull together private groups in the future! Your support and attendence helps in that regard!

I am planning to arrive at S.C. Village early (as I did at HSP this past Saturday) and will setup an easy up and our sign so that we are hopefully easy to find and somewhat able to have our cars nearby eachother. I have a white Nissan Xterra if that also helps you to locate me. S.C. Village is out in Norco/Chino area for those that have not been before. If you want to join me when gates open at 7:30 that is fine but if not I will be at our sign and checking folks in to our group starting at 8am - 9am. I like to play also so around 9 I expect to start joining some games but I will be back out our sign and checking texts/calls between games after that if you want or need to show up to the field after 9am.
Hours for S.C. Village on Saturday are:9:00am-4:00pm Night 5:00pm-11:00pmGates open at 7:30, Registration opens at 8, Games start at 9*Unless otherwise stated on calendar.*Must be 10 years old to play (if you are under age you also need a parent to sign the waiver with you)

If you haven't been to S.C. Village before it is quite something. They have a large number of fields with various themes as well as speedball. They are located on the backroads behind several old dairy farms and new housing developments that USED to be dairy farms. There is some vending available but lunch mainly either comes from a truck that comes to the event (I've had the hotdogs and they were pretty good and they have other things...pricing wasn't terrible). Else, you can cetainly bring your own food or there is some fast food not too far away on River Road or back out on Butterfield Ranch Road near the 71 Freeway as well as some little local Mexican places depending on what you want. There are no barbecue areas or anything. If you want to sit somewhere other than your car then you might want to bring a folding chair and I have an Easy Up and small bench you're welcome to sit at/under as well.

You can bring your own paint to S.C. Village which is nice (again try to support your local paintball shop for purchases) and prices from the S.C. Village website are as follows:

All Day Air $11

You can find more details about S.C. village on their website at

And on the day of the event if you are looking for us and are having trouble you can call or text me at (323)[masked]

And FINALLY...PLEASE COME OUT AND PLAY! It is MUCH more fun to play with a bunch of folks!

Best Regards,
