Hi All - Our next Paleo meet up will be held on Sunday March 17th at 2pm for afternoon BBQ.  We will head to the BBQ area where there is the big playground.

Please bring your own meat for yourself and your family and a primal salad to share amongst your new friends.

It would be great if you let this forum what you are bringing.  The guidelines are:

Primal Approved Food.  If your new to Primal Living this means, foods which do not contain grains, wheat, hydrogenated oils, legumes, gluten, gluten substitutes eg products such as Orgran food products, dressings from a bottle.  If your are unsure and want to check, please send me a message through my FB page Primal Living Tasmania.

Please make food from fresh vegetables and fruits, meat, and good fats such as avocado, olive oil, butter, nuts and seeds, olives.

This is a family event, so please bring the kids along.

The purpose of paleo meetup is to meet new people and be able to get tips on how to go paleo, what barriers you have faced, and have a great chat with new friends who share common interest.

Please bring workout gear and if anyone is keen we will do a Primal movement session whilst the meat is cooking.

    Kids can join in.

To my Northern friends - Apologies as I can not at this stage get to Launceston, however I would love to see you all.  Please come down for the event.

Hi everyone. I have just checked the weather for Sunday and its not looking good for the BBQ. http://www.bom.gov.au/tas/forecasts/hobart.shtml

I have rang a few cafe's to see if they can cater for us but unfortunately they all stop serving lunch at 2pm. So I am postponing this one and I will organise a breakfast within the next month.

Apologies for it not going ahead, however I will be quickly onto it to organise our second meet up. Come and say Hi to me at the farmer's market this weekend. Jo

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
