The purpose of Paleo Living Columbus (PLC) is to provide a forum for like-minded people who are interested in the living Paleo lifestyle in Columbus, Ohio.

We decided to start the group because we want to expand our knowledge of Paleo health benefits; expand our network of friends who live their lives Paleolithically; share recipes; socialize; and ultimately live a healthier life.
