Sprints and Crawls WOD

SPRINTS, ugh! Why? Because you know you should and probably don't. Run against people to push your performance. Sprints alone are NOT the same. :)

3 sets of 4 sprints
Crawl work

Rain or shine.

Nicole -- You are right about sprinting alone. I don't think I ever sprinting nearly as hard alone as I have in groups. And by far, my fastest sprint pace (according to Garmin) was when I sprinted with you and Frank. I think that's the only time I've gotten under a 4 minute per mile pace.
