    Nicole -- You are right about sprinting alone. I don't think I ever sprinting nearly as hard alone as I have in groups. And by far, my fastest sprint pace (according to Garmin) was when I sprinted with you and Frank. I think that's the only time I've gotten under a 4 minute per mile pace.
