What got you initially interested in the Paleo or Primal?

I've seen the results in friends and the book It Starts with Food really resonated with how poorly I'd been feeling and the physical reasons why.

What are your personal goals?

Get healthy and strong, have energy, sleep well (a challenge) and lose weight! I also want to get into a workout routine.
