What got you initially interested in the Paleo or Primal?

I have a huge interest in nutrition and health/well-being and am always researching and/or trying new approaches to optimal health...I personally have many food sensitivities and have a long history of over doing physically/exercise wise, and came across MDA in a google search for something (don't remember what) and it (primal lifestyle) really made sense to me and has helped me on many levels feel better - I'm not a die hard follower (ie. I don't own a pair of five fingers or eat less than 100 grams of carbs a day), but the primal changes I have made are really positively changing my health/happiness.

What are your personal goals?

Just to feel healthy (energetic, have good digestion) and happy, as well as be more efficient with workouts. I'm always seeking to have a well balanced life - so working more towards that...
