What got you initially interested in the Paleo or Primal?

When I was living in Boston (just relocated to Chicago) I went to see a nutritionist to see if she could help me solve inflammation injuries from running, eczema and trouble sleeping. She recommended Paleo and CrossFit in lieu of carbs and running. I "tested" it out for a month, felt so much better I just kept going.

What are your personal goals?

My personal goals were to solve inflammation, skin allergies and sleep better. I have achieved each of these goals with Paleo and dropped 30 pounds as well. I have reached my "set point" and returned to what I weighed at 18 with this plan. It's great!

Introduction

Went Paleo one year ago and have NEVER looked back! My energy level is amazing and I feel really healthy.

It was my first Meetup with this group and I'll be back. I really liked the people and their approach to Paleo. No "food terrorists" simply a crew eating clean and into healthy habits.
