(Wow! I need a different picture! ;-) I can supply my own WAPF growing standards (per Will WInter) grass finished beef and lamb as well as pastured pork (which if properly raised DOES have good omega 3 ratio!!!) and broilers (YUM!! and, again on the omega 3) and stewing hens. Eggs, too!! I imagine driving a cut and packaged half down to a meeting point in your area and letting people buy by the cut until everything is gone. (Our burger is superb, btw. Thanks to Paleo, burger is a hot item now!)

Hey, Nick - How does the cow share thing work? I ask because I'm a paleo person and I've been raising grass finished beef in the WV Panhandle for over 10 years now. I'd really like to supply DC-local fellow paleo fans. I'm very interested in setting up COWPOOLING with this group, but don't want to step on your toes.
