Eckankar is an ancient teaching which emphasizes the value of personal experience as the most natural way back to God.
Whatever your religious background, the ECK teachings can show you how to look and listen within yourself – to expand your consciousness and enjoy spiritual freedom.
Eckankar teaches simple spiritual exercises such as singing the HU, a love song to God, which can help you understand your experiences in the spiritual world.
We meet for classes, book discussions, workshops, seminars and monthly ECK Worship Services. All local meetings are free and open to the public.
