Triathletes:

Hope you had an amazing Holiday weekend and are back to training laughing

I wanted to remind you of the upcoming Open Water Swim this Saturday. We don't have any RSVPs yet, so in case you are interested please make sure to let me know.

Also, I will be riding in the Frank Stark ride this Sunday from Boca if anyone is interested in riding together. I will be doing the 62 miler. For registration and event information, click here.
