  • We hope you can join us this week as we begin a new class series under the guidance of our Center Director, Michelle! The focus of this series will be how to cultivate a pure heart and honest attitude to through the study of Buddhism, and how to apply those qualities to our practice.

This week will talk about the power and auspicious qualities of the Dharma, or Buddha's teachings. What qualities are possible to attain on the Buddhist Path? What are the special qualities of these blessings, and how do they benefit us on the Buddhist path?

In particular, we will discuss the Buddha's foundational teaching:"Do not commit any non-virtuous actions. Perform only perfect virtuous actions. Subdue your mind thoroughly." We will also discuss why we can trust the Buddha's teachings.

In addition, Michelle will share auspicious pictures that demonstrate the power of our Rinpoche's (guru's) blessing, cultivation experience, and meditation. Please join us for this special evening!
