What is True Happiness? (1)

All beings wish to have more happiness and do not want to have suffering. Buddha taught many methods for removing suffering, increasing happiness, and attaining ultimate happiness, and that is what Buddhist doctrine is all about. Many Buddhist cultivators practice according to what Buddha taught and achieve ultimate happiness. This proves that Buddha?s teachings are accurate and it is a workable path.
