Meditation is simple, fun, and easy! Learn to meditate, whether you’re a beginner to meditation or an experienced meditator. You’ll learn the basics of meditation and mindfulness. You’ll learn to use meditation to calm your mind, to reduce stress, and to live a balanced life.
The classes will be led by an experienced instructor with more than 20 years of meditation practice experience and with more than 10 years of experience in leading meditation classes.
