ProfessionaliBranding-Create an Online Image that Gets You Hired

Time to get back to work or get a better job?

Learn what the enlightened professionals are doing today to attract more job offers and make more money than they ever have by leveraging the power of the internet to promote themselves.

The employee-employer career partnership is broken. It is up to you to create a career plan and to market yourself as a professional using engagement and content marketing to ensure you are making what you are worth and to avoid being part of the herd fighting for jobs by applying to jobs.

More than before professionals are struggling to manage their career expectations as organizations and baby boomers delay retirement says a report by the Conference Board. I say why bother why not do like thousands of my followers and take charge of your own career and embrace the new "full-time" work and leverage the web to secure more work than you can handle and get paid what you deserve and have the freedom to accept or turn down work you don't want. As one professional just said: "Paul, what I love about following your career plan is now I work for 8 months and take 4 months off, and now instead of lining up to fight for a job- I even have people working for me and I make money off them and I do nothing but bill their hours."

I look forward to seeing you there- remember if you keep doing what you are doing and expect different results well you know what Einstein says about people like that...

A tool I've found really useful in the job searching process is Signals by HubSpot.

    bit.ly/getsignals

It's a Gmail plugin that tells you when someone opens your email; that way you can tell if they're still considering you or not! Another tool I like is Yesware which is similar, but I like Signals better.
