I just love running & am new to Issaquah, so it would be great to run with other people.
How would you rate your ability. Either Running or Hiking (ex. I'm totally new to running or I hike all the time or I run 8 minute miles etc. )
Comfortably, it's anywhere from 5-6 miles an hour.
Are you primarily interested in Running or Hiking (or both). Since me do both hikes and runs with this group, please make sure you read the discription carefully.
