This group is a group aimed to empower parents of special needs children. We will aim to eventually become a non-profit organization and get funding and grants to be able to give our members salaries. Funding will be available to provide needed resources for our children. Our interests are helping the parents to survive stress, emotional burnout, financial burnout, to empower them to fight for their children in educational, health and social settings. To lift the parents out of despair and desperation and to rise up out of the ashes into a great and happy productful and healthy life. All aspects of being a caregiver will be addressed. Parents have needs and when a child is disabled and needs a parent 24/7 we have to be able to rescue the parent/family so they can function and be happy again. Please bring your ideas and children -my condo is big and welcome to all. Tea/coffee will be served with snacks. We want your stories and we want to empower you to begin to live again and be positive!!!!
