Divorce is rarely easy or pleasant but it can be a time of positive transition. You have a choice whether to be at the cause of your life or at the effect of it. You can be a victim of your circumstances or a leader through them.
Does the way you view the world and the decisions you make determine who you are? Or, does who you are determine your experiences?
My name is George Haskoor and I am both the remnant of a divorce as a child and a recently divorced dad. I've experienced divorce from both sides. Through it all I've been blessed to discover how to transition through my divorce, maintain an amazing relationship with my children and begin to be the person I've always wanted to be all while maintaining my sanity, my values and my purpose of being a great father.
I am a Certified Life and Business Development Coach, a martial arts instructor, a devoted father and a peaceful warrior. I partner with business owners, career professionals and divorced parents to directly impact and improve their level of success and their quality of life with my unique and effective coaching process called Energy Leadership™. I started this group so that I may share what I've learned with those seeking to improve their quality of life and overcome the obstacles that can make us feel stuck as a result of divorce.
One of my goals is to get people moving by 'getting people moving.' I do this in fun and innovative ways including group coaching, outdoor adventures such as hiking, running, biking, martial arts instruction, yoga and movie nights. My hope is that I will attract parents like myself that can use the support of others who share similar values and to find positive outlets to relieve the stress that make difficult times seem impossible.
I do not offer legal advice but all topics are welcome and open for discussion. My goal is to help you help yourself through your transition. I do offer comprehensive life and business coaching services if you so choose to enhance your personal development. But my main focus is to have fun meeting new people and enjoying physical activities, all while sharing the knowledge of achieving inner peace so that we can do what's best for our children and ourselves.
