Ten years ago I became vegetarian for health reasons. Later I studied Psychology and Eastern philosophy, and listened the Vegetarian Food for Thought Podcast written by the american activist Colleen Patrick Goudreau. I'm an abolitionist vegan for 7 years now for ethical reasons.
I want to discuss and share my views about veganism and this way of living.
