I am not a vegan nor vegetarian but really interested in. While I was working in Europe for 5 nd half years as a sous chef/pastry chef, I had some vegan/vegetarian customers. It was I guess,the first step to think about WALL-FREE cooking which I'd like to try. Well,I am not sure if the word "wall-free"exsist, but it is what I think good for everyone include some allerges and religions.

Hello ;-) I am Yuko from Japan. After few years living in Europe, now I moved back to my home,a countryside of cental Japan. Helping grandpa's vegetable fields as well as rice fields. Crazy about cooking, baking those are also my profession.
