Anyone willing to share practice at La Défense (lunch time during working days) OR Bois de Vincennes. People eager to share ideas for physical conditioning with combative spirit AND humor. I take things seriously without being too serious.
Aunkai, Bagua (OK Ed, I will go for one of your class one day), everything that help develop "internal" strength (Tai Chi Chuan, Xing Yi Chuan, Taikiken). But if you are also willing to help me sweat with fun, grace and elegance, I take it.
4 years in aikido, newbie in classical japanese swordsmanship
Relaxed MA basic exercises (like those practiced in aikido warm up), breathing coordinated with walking. I like any exercise provided it is FUN, meaningful (there is an intention behind the technique) and precise.

I am fond of Japanese martial arts (classical or modern). My current motivation is to develop my internal power and take as much exercices as possible from others. I am also OK to improve my body conditioning with enthusiasts.
Since I organised this regular session at La Défense, the rare people that joined me were willing to learn and open to exercices.
