2. A drama, such as a play, film, or television program, characterized by exaggerated emotions, stereotypical characters, and interpersonal conflicts.
We are going to work on a melodrama scene using exercises that uncover it's style; working on making large choices, using gesture, and finding bold characters.
This class is going to require a lot of energy and courage.
We will start each class with a thorough and economical warm-up of the body & voice.
Then we launch into the work.
The classes are progressive - building on previous classes. Please do not miss more than one class.
Our classes are held in Salle Vilar & Salle Philippe. I will announce the room before each class.
Please come dressed to make large movements.
The fee for all 5 classes = 60 euros
WE HAVE NO CLASS ON EASTER SUNDAY!
