We'll get back up to speed now... August was a good meetup, lots of new people/s, and in current spacetime we'll get everyone vaguely acquainted again... Like I said in mail yesterday, send on over projects and qualifications and whatever else you can, your choice of language but I'm better with English... we can either take a moment to pitch projects, or if there is anyone qualified, we could screen at most two films I think.... mainly let's keep it light [well there are lights, windows, etc], say hello, and buy beer so that bar will be there next time for us.
Next time will come sooner than last time, and Travis has very kindly and very competently volunteered a several hour workshop on the subject of Directing Actors... we'll shoot for mid October for that, it should be several hours long.
Just to remind you this is a plural group, in that, first off, there will be several people there, not just me, plus there are several different types, or types of types present... for instance, people with lots of experience, like myself, maybe you too, and people with lots of experience but not so much in the movies, some who speak French while in that condition, or in the opposite of that condition, others who have wandered in from the bar downstairs and in fact are quite friendly. etc. I always learn a lot, and the people are -always- interesting, and usually -very- skilled, so show up and find out or show up and be there, see you there, or, of course, not.
send me info about yourself.
don't forget, kinopaname is tomorrow. I'll be there, I look like the guy who is in the picture with my name on it. I'm not going there to make a movie, but you can.
