Walk & Talk! (Meet at Grand & Sibley)

Wear comfy shoes, we'll take a brisk and fun walk for about 45 minutes to an hour. Pls arrive on time, we'll leave at 6 p.m. sharp.  Suggested donation - throw $1 a month or so into the hat - this will cover the charges from Meetup.Com. Thanks.

      I took my blood pressure at 5:30 AM, the next morning, and it was "111/75". The last time I had readings that low was the day after I walked the 5K in support of ovarian cancer research. :)
