Please join us for some morning speed work. We will mix it up each week, doing either hill repeats, fartlicks or a tempo run. We will do a warmup jog and then get going.
Please arrive a few minutes early. We'll head off promptly at 8 AM. All paces are welcome. Questions? Ask away in the comments below. Please try to RSVP at least 24 hours in advance so we know how many people to expect.
