I would like to join a fitness group in order to stay better motivated and to stay in shape. Preferably with one that meets out doors and ideally with a certified fitness trainer.

Alan, the trainer is very knowledgeable about the body and how to work it out in a smart way in order to get results and helps one stay motivated while being challenged.
