What is/are your fitness goal(s)?

I'd like to become a better runner-build endurance and tone my body as well as build upper body strength.

What do you expect from a fitness trainer?

I work best my trainer is both motivational and supportive in a positive way.

What motivates you to work out?

I like working out in group classes. Also nice weather.
