PK class: Cancelled

  • April 28, 2013 · 12:00 PM

This a weekly set of parkour classes from 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm and 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm at varying locations around Los Angeles. Students can come to one or both classes for the same price of $5.00. The first class is a 45 minute conditioning class aimed at strengthening the body and prepping the body for parkour training. The second class concentrates heavily on technique, flow, and movement. The classes are for all ages and all levels, no previous experience is required.

The parkour class is structured as follows:

(1) Warm-up

(2) Conditioning

(3) Technical, flow, and movement training.

(4) Cool-down

Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes early as we will get started right on time. If you know you will be late, please call James [masked]) before the start of the class as we may move location once the class starts.

Each class is $5.

Hah! I just got the info. No worries James.
If any body is game, I'm up for meeting somewhere tomorrow, be it Griffith Park, Altadena, or Rose Bowl...

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
