PK class at Griffith Park (Shane's Inspiration Park)

This a weekly parkour class from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at varying locations around Los Angeles. The first part of the class aims to strengthen and prep the body for parkour training. The majority of the class concentrates heavily on technique, flow, and movement. The classes are for all ages and all levels, no previous experience is required.


The parkour class is structured as follows:

(1) Warm-up

(2) Conditioning

(3) Technical, flow, and movement training.

(4) Cool-down


Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes early as we will get started right on time. If you know you will be late, please call James [masked]), Keiko [masked]) or Rick [masked]) before the start of the class as we may move location once the class starts.
