This a weekly parkour meetup from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm at varying locations around Los Angeles. The first part of the meetup aims to strengthen and prep the body for parkour training. The majority of the meetup concentrates heavily on technique, flow, and movement. This is for all ages and all levels, no previous experience is required.
