PK class at Polliwog Park - Manhattan Beach

This is a new weekly class from 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm at Polliwog Park. The class is aimed at parkour fitness with split between pure conditioning and movement . The classes are for all ages and all levels, no previous experience is required.

The parkour class is structured as follows:

(1) Warm-up

(2) Conditioning

(3) Movement Training

(4) Cool-down

Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes early as we will get started right on time. If you know you will be late, please call Keiko [masked]) before the start of the class as we may move location once the class starts.
