Join us for a Dumpling mini-workshop! Branda will give a quick demo on the ABC basics of how to make dumplings. This is a hands on event and all participants are expected to join in and get their hands dirty!
Please bring along all necessary ingredients and cooking utensils.
I'm not an expert in dumplings but I can see there are several variations and the aim is to be creative, experiment and be different. So here are some ideas: steamed, fried, deep fried, baked, with ingredients such as meat/vegetable (pork/mutton/chicken/seafood/vegetarian) ice cream dumplings and then deep fried, chocolate dumplings or other sweet variations either steamed or deep fried.
This is being scheduled for one Sunday in March, probably starting off in the afternoon with the option of dim sum nearby first.
