BBQ in the spring and it's at the beach

Before the roasting summer, let's get a BBQ together. It's by the beach (for those of you wanting to skinny dip), it's got plenty of food, the convenience of having our own space, plenty o'drinks (and you can bring your own should you wish so, moonshiners, eh?) and all that is missing is you.

You can do it local style (Mahjong and cards), Geek style (your ipads and portable consoles), bookworm style (books), douche style (rugby/frizbee) or just normal style (my preffered - sit down, eat, talk and occasionally play cards):

Foodwise, they are supplied and you pay a fix amount for all you can eat. Drinkwise, you can bring your own and they do sell beer and other beverages but at a $2 extra.

Well, we are taking the minibus to go there and depending on the numbers, we might get separated into different minibuses. So, if you happen to be on the other minibus, make sure that, just like me, you ask in bad cantonese if the driver can inform you where to stop (by that I mean the best cantonese, free of insults, you might possess - I am really bad but seriously, don't pick up any fights with minibus drivers as you need them more than they need you :-) ): just mention "Siu lam".

So, I will wait for everyone in front of Haagen Daas in Langham place (I am sure you all know about it :-) ).
