We will walk on one of the most beautiful trails of Hong Kong. Before the walk there will be 15 to 20 minutes briefing on:
1) what is walking meditation.
2) How to achieve a meditational state while walking
3) benefits of walking meditation
During the walk, we all will be quiet to get into the meditational state.
Please carry some water and light snacks
It is a fairly easy walk.
Please be dressed in comfortable walking clothes and shoes
It will take us approx 2 hours.
