2) How to meditate - learning the correct method and learning how to stay in a meditational state
3) You will experience two different types of meditations. There will be a gap in between the two meditations
a) Relaxation Meditation- It relieves you of all the stress and rejuvenates you.
b) Intention meditation - Your intentions are powerful. When you focus concentrated energy on your intentions, the power increases tenfold.

    You will enter a very soothing ambiance with soft flowing music, meditation mats and cushions. We will start the session with a short and soothing candle meditation followed by short discussion, explaining of techniques and then going into deeper relaxation meditation. Few seats are still available.
