International Passive House Days Open House Tour

  • November 11, 2012 · 10:00 AM

Passive House California and PHAUS-SF are proud to co-host a tour of seven Passive House projects around the SF Bay Area.  This effort is part of a global effort organized by the International Passive House Association.  A total of 542 Passive House buildings around the world will open their doors to the public on the same weekend to celebrate the success of this high performance concept.

Maps and a listing of the seven projects open in California this year can be found on our PHCA website here:

It was helpful, and of varying levels of informative. Many thanks to all who opened their houses. The Pebble Beach address was unfindable, so that was a disappointment.

    Hi Loni,

The Los Altos passive house is also unfinished. It is a sips project. Try to see them all.

    See you there, David

Bronwyn, we can talk about it at the meeting, but I would love to see wall construction choices and wonder if any of the houses on the tour are not yet compete?

Sorry I won't be at the meeting this month. The Tour does have at least one house that is not completed where you will be able to see the wall assembly: Sunnyvale.
