'No' RSVP's are not necessary when responding initially to an event. I do realize that things can just pop up to thwart your plans. In those cases, please change your RSVP to "No" or contact me by phone or email please to update your RSVP. Some events have limited availability and your consciously changing your RSVP will allow someone who's waiting to attend. In all fairness, after you have 3 "no calls" or "no shows" or 3 "Short Notice cancellations" (within 3 hours of the event start) after a " Yes" RSVP, you will be removed from the membership roster.
