What is meditation? Are there different forms of meditation?What are the benefits on my daily life? I understand there are benefits but...how do I quiet the mind – there are so many thoughts!? How do I get started?
At our last meeting, we explored the connection between mind, body and spirit. During that discussion, there was so much interest in meditation that we decided to devote this meeting exclusively to that subject.

NOTE: The community center is located on the upper level at Giants Food Store...go to the Starbucks stand and you will find stairs leading to the upper level. We will have the room from 5:30 to 9:00 pm. If you would like to arrive before 7:00 and socialize, that would be great. You may bring coffee or food from Giant's deli if you like to eat before the meeting.
