Digital Elements Scrapbook pages

I am very green to Photoshop Elements, but would like to find a few people with laptops who would be willing to come together to start and complete a scrapbook page and helping others do the same. Maybe someone who would be willing to teach the class specifically for Digital Scrappers. Round Table Pizza is always a good meet-up spot. :)
